If you want an exclusive and an overnight accommodation, you can rent this beach house for only about 5K, free with two airconditioned rooms.

Liebster Blog Award II

I was nominated again, yehey! Thanks Azenith!
Here are my answers to Aze's 11 questions:

1. If a two year old hands you a toy phone, will you answer it?
Yes, no big deal.
2. What is dumbest rumor you’ve heard about yourself?
uhmm, can't think of any.
3. Which is worse, ignorance or apathy?
Apathy, 'not knowing' is less cruel than 'not feeling'.
 4. What will you do if you are a scientist?
Take a bath. lol. But if I could invent something, it would be a thought projector. Creative ideas are everywhere, but only some have the talent to put them into paper, and this will be a perfect medium. (ahmm, maybe minus the censored stuff..hehe).
5. What is your daily routine?
work-read-sleep
6. What do you do if you were left alone for a month?
same as #5..hehe..but if I'd be left on earth for a month all by myself, I'd go into beautiful houses just to marvel with the designs, floor plans and all, and probably sleep on one of those thick mattresses every single night.
7. What is your favorite material possession and why?
my books
8. Do you have any weird habits, like talking to yourself or not letting your food touch?
I love having cucumber w/ salt and vinegar for merienda (everyday!); I love my feet getting pressed with someone's butt; I am always itching to cut someone's long fingernails (manicurist at heart)
9. If you had to learn a foreign language, which one would you choose and why?
French/Spanish! Love how they sounded and going to Europe has been my lifelong dream vacation.
10. What would you do if you were stuck in a lift?
Push the emergency button? ☺
11. What’s a thought you find yourself thinking often?
my family

A Letter from Kuya DingDong

This was what made my day:

Hi Imelee,

Kumusta na ka? I hope you're doing well. I saw your blog. Haven't read everything but I like it and I;m very impressed. But I know that your are good, well very good and intelligent so I'm not surprised - just fascinated. I guess we have lots of things in common. I wanted to write too but I'm not that good with words and it takes time for me to come up with something presentable. Though you said the same thing but I believe you're way more faster than me. I am sure!

I wanted to be a fan of your blog but there's an error. Maybe some other time I'll visit your blog again, perhaps it will be working by then.

I wanted to have a blog too. In fact I have started at least three separate accounts but never got to writing and posting stories on them. Well I only posted at least two and that's it.

KUng naa na ko blog na pod, be my fan please. At least naa ko bisag isa lang ka audience.

Till next time and take care.

Regards,
Kuya Dong

Kuya Dong's my cousin, a world class Fine artist (without bias and exaggerations). He's an epitome of a real Fuentes talent.

We've only met twice, one when I was still a baby and when I was 20 yrs old (in Cebu), so I was giddy when I read this letter. This letter just means a lot to me, knowing that someone I look up to has taken the time to write something like this. This has inspired me to write better and more sensible (hehe). Thanks Kuya. I'm sorry if I have to broadcast your message. I am just happy. This deserves a spot in my humble blog. :)

Antonio's Bar and Grill

There's nothing much to talk about food here. Except for their sinigang, the rest of the foods are mediocre (harsh but true). Our satisfaction mainly came from the fact that we went in starved and went out so full, so keri lang.

Cafe Uno - Waterfront Insular Hotel

Once in a blue moon resto-hotel pig-out with my twinnies. Cafe Uno offers delectable foods and nice service with a reasonable price (P650++). Their lunch buffet is between 12 noon and 2 PM, located at the lobby of Waterfront Insular Hotel here in Davao City.
